1. Website content. Product names, collections and photography on this site are illustrative of the studio's capabilities. Dimensions, materials, pricing and timelines are confirmed individually per project — nothing on this site is a binding specification.
2. Estimates & orders. Any estimate shared over call, WhatsApp or in person is valid as stated in writing at the time. An order is confirmed only after requirements, price, advance and timeline are agreed in writing with the studio.
3. Custom work. Made-to-measure pieces are built to the signed-off dimensions, materials and finishes. Natural variation in wood grain, fabric weave and polish tone is normal and not a defect.
4. Timelines. Build and delivery timelines are confirmed per project and may shift with material availability or workshop load. The studio will communicate changes directly.
5. Payments. Payment terms (advance, milestones, balance) are agreed per project before the build begins. Please retain all receipts and written confirmations.
6. Imagery. Until verified studio photography is published, some images are curated stand-ins. They do not depict specific client orders.
